25. Dario Vidosic (Western Sydney Wanderers)

Another returning star, Dario Vidosic joined the Western Sydney Wanderers fresh from a two-year spell at Swiss club FC Sion. It is a major coup for the A-League’s youngest club.

After spells with the Socceroos, Vidosic will be relishing the opportunity to play regular, first-team football in what is a critical moment in his career. An obvious attacking talent with a creative spark, the Croatian-born midfielder must seize his latest opportunity at the Wanderers. A club left floundering after last season’s mass exodus, the Wanderers need their next major star and there is no doubting that Vidosic has the potential to play that role.

After a dip in form last season, Vidosic will be looking to return with the confidence that saw him score six goals and earn 29 starts in the Swiss Super League during the 2013/2014 season. With the number 10 on his back, the pressure will be on for the former Adelaide United man, the only question is whether or not he will be able to deal with it.
