Lazio have run out of steam
Stefano Pioli will need to re-evaluate his team for the rest of the season after a heavy 5-0 loss to Napoli. The team has posted two wins already this season, but these were quite narrow and against clubs with much less ability than what Lazio can field on the pitch.
With an ordinary offseason of results, not qualifying for the Champions League and an average start to the 2015-16 campaign, Lazio need changes, and they need them fast.
Verona 2015/16 – A season of draws
The Gialloblu posted their third draw from four matches in their trip to Bergamo against Atalanta, creating a distinct feeling of deja vu.
The club produced more draws than wins last season, thirteen in total, and in a relegation battle that could prove interesting results will be crucial.
Things need to be shored up in defence – Verona are yet to keep a clean sheet this season and had the worst defensive record outside of the bottom three last season.
