Bologna fortunate to get off the mark

The Rossoblu collected their first win of the season in rather fortuitous circumstances at the Renato Dall’Ara. Mounier scored the eventual winner from an outstanding long ball cross provided by the centre-back Oikonomou, this proving the only threat on the away team’s goal.

Frosinone’s unlucky run began with Rosi heading a second half cross onto the post and then continued with Blanchard hitting the crossbar moments later, and Antonio Mirante also made five crucial saves during the encounter. The club have been somewhat unlucky not to collect any points from their first four matches.

Totti adds to his Roma legacy

Totti is the undisputed king of Rome

Club legend Francesco Totti scored his 300th goal in the 2-2 draw with Sassuolo and once again, cemented his name into AS Roma and Serie A history books.

The list of honours is exhaustive but just to name a few, Totti is Roma’s all-time leading appearance maker, all-time leading goalscorer in all competitions and is the oldest UEFA Champions League goal scorer.

Totti’s will be hoping to guide his beloved Giallorossi to a fourth Scudetto in his 24th season with the club after a decent start to their campaign.
