TalkSPORT are reporting news from Italy that a bid of £18 million may be enough to persuade the Blues into selling one of their key players from the title winning season of 2014-15.
Johann Gudmundsson, one of the stars of Iceland’s remarkable run at Euro 2016, could soon become Burnley’s first summer signing as they prepare to return to the Premier League. The South London Press suggests a fee of around £2.5 million has been agreed between the Clarets and Charlton, for a player who last season finished joint top of the assists charts in the Championship.
After days of speculation Crystal Palace have confirmed yet another summer arrival, now making the signing of James Tomkins from West Ham official. The 25-year-old central-defender joins the club on a fee of £10 million, having featured for the Hammers on 30 occasions in all competitions last season.

Watford are looking to dive into the market again this summer and are interested in bringing Genk’s Wilfred Ndidi to the club, in a deal worth £6 million according to the Mirror. The sale of the 19-year-old midfielder would see major profit made, as the Belgian club signed Ndidi for just £150,000 pounds just under two years ago.
Another day in the world of transfers sees more rumours that Leicester City are interested in bringing another striker to the club, with the Express rumouring that Nikola Kalinic may be a player of interest. The Fiorentina hitman’s agent has suggested the Foxes want to bring the Croatian to the club this summer.

In further Leicester news, the Daily Mail is reporting the club is hoping to re-open negotiations with Burnley for defender Michael Keane. According to reports, Claudio Ranieri wants to bring the 23-year-old to the KP Stadium for a fee of around £15 million. The former Manchester United player has become a key part of the Clarets defence.
Swansea City have confirmed the signing of Leroy Fer from Queens Park Rangers on a permanent basis, after spending part of last season on loan in Wales. During his time with QPR, the 26-year-old made a total of 50 appearances, having scored eight goals during his two-year spell at the London club.

Arsenal fans have been calling out for a world-class striker in recent seasons and according to reports from the Evening Standard, interest remains in bringing Alvaro Morata to the Emirates this summer. The report does state, however, that the Gunners are not willing to pay £57 million to Real Madrid for the player.
Another forward to be linked to the North London side this summer is Alexandre Lacazette, a name who is said to have already rejected a move to West Ham this summer. The Daily Telegraph says Arsenal is willing to pay the £34 million release clause in order to bring him to England.
Middlesbrough have confirmed another summer deal as they have secured Scottish under-21 captain Jordan McGhee for the 2016-17 campaign on loan. The 19-year-old defender joins the club with a reasonable amount of first team experience, having featured 58 times for his parent club Heart of Midlothian.
