Crystal Palace
Wayne Hennessey – 5: Conceded 3 goals and probably should have dealt with the first one better than he did.
Martin Kelly – 6: Broke up the play well in the second half when they were a man down, often getting a foot in to stop West Ham from advancing.
Scott Dann – 6: Played well against Sahko in the first half. Had a chance to block Lanzini goal, but failed to.
Brede Hangeland – 6: Was the last line of defence, clearing the ball from danger on multiple occasions.
Pape Souare – 7: Played well against Moses and worked well in both attack and defence.
Yohan Cabaye – 7: Scored from the penalty spot to level the score in the first half and was often involved in the midfield, trying to shut down West Ham’s forward movement.
James McArthur – 6: Played well in the holding role in the first half and after working hard for much of the second half. He was replaced by Jedinak after an hour.
Wilfried Zaha – 5: Did not pick up the run of Jenkinson, leading to West Ham’s first goal, and was replaced at half time by Sako.
Yannick Bolasie – 7: Was one of the better players for the Eagles, working hard trying to get Palace moving forward.
Jason Puncheon – 6: Wasted some really good opportunities going forward.
Dwight Gayle – 4: Won the penalty after being brought down by Jenkinson. However ill-discipline cost him his place on the field with a rash tackle on Kouyate that did not need to be made.
