West Ham have moved into third position on the table with a 3-1 win over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday
West Ham took the lead through Carl Jenkinson, who was found by a superb pass by Victor Moses. Jenkinson, however, then went from hero to zero when he brought down Dwight Gayle in his own penalty area. Yohan Cabaye scored from the spot to level.

Then, it was Gayle’s turn to morph into suddenly into the villain; he made a rash challenge on the brink of halftime on Cheikhou Kouyate which saw him receive a second yellow card. Palace tried their best to hold onto a point but two late goals from Dimitri Payet and Manuel Lanzini secured the Hammers a 3-1 win.
