Begovic a worthy second choice goalkeeper for Chelsea
Getting his opportunity far earlier than he would have expected following Courtious’s dismissal, Begovic made a number of impressive saves as Chelsea played with 10 men for the final half-hour. Assuming the red card stands, Begovic will start next week against Manchester City. His heroics this round come with a twist of irony, given that the man he is replacing, Petr Cech, had a day to forget for Arsenal.
