Outside90’s Joshua Scarcella breaks down the biggest talking points to come out of the weekend’s Serie A action.
Miralem Pjanic may just be the new Alessandro Del Piero
The Bosnian has cemented his spot as a fan favourite with a countless number of goals and wonderful performances for the Giallorossi, however, more recently he is being adored for his ability to score from a set piece.
Pjanic netted five goals last season for Roma, two of which were free-kicks and he has continued in much the same fashion in 2015-16, three out of his four so far coming from the dead ball position.
With the ability to score from almost every free-kick, he is beginning to follow in the footsteps of the one Alessandro Del Piero, whose ability was almost unmatched in the Serie A.
Boom! @Miralem_Pjanic scores with a fabulous free-kick for @OfficialASRoma in the 3-1 defeat of @EmpoliCalcio. http://t.co/hWp7uEWp55

Milan haunted by 2015
The Rossoneri went on a trip to the Stadio Olyimpico di Torino believing they could begin to build on some good performances and start their way back to the top of the Serie A table.
For 70 minutes all was going to plan. They had control of the match against Torino and were on their way to taking a valuable three points, that was until the young gun Daniele Baselli broke through the defence and did not make a mistake after being afforded two easy opportunities to score.
After that Milan had no answer and will be once again thanking Diego Lopez for saving a point late in the match. The fans will begin to wonder if any improvement has been made on last season as promised.
