Kevin Trapp may finally be getting it

After a mediocre first few months at PSG, the goalkeeper had his best display so far this season and it is becoming a regular theme for him to eclipse performances week-to-week. Making a string of important saves late on and denying Abdelaziz Barrada from the penalty spot, the goalkeeper stood tall all game and was as much an integral part in the win as goalscorer Ibrahimovic.

Ibrahimovic – enough said

What has not been said about the talisman already? The Swedish striker was composed and looked lively throughout, slotting away two penalties within the space of five minutes to seal the victory for his team before half time. His new role in this PSG setup seems to suit him, operating as less of a goalscorer and more of a creator. The early-season form of Edinson Cavani has demonstrated that the switch may be an act of genius by Laurent Blanc. Ibrahimovic has not got many years left and world football, as well as PSG, will surely feel the loss when he eventually moves on.
