Who is making the decisions?
Last week at Brentford, and again this week, there have been hushed conversations in the dugout from figures talking to people up in the coaches box on mobile phones. This, coupled with recent changes in the starting 11 could suggest that Les Ferdinand and Neil Warnock are having more of a say than the coach is letting on. Ramsey has made it clear in recent weeks that he doesn’t want anyone stepping on his toes but there has been momentum gathering surrounding the departure of the former Spurs coach. Whether or not the rumours are true, there is a definite sense of instability at the club, and the results reflect it.
