Christian Eriksen on fire

Not only did Christian Eriksen save Spurs twice, he provided several shots which could have given the visitors the lead. His initial goal could be seen as a mistake from Swans keeper Fabianksi, but do not let this fact take away from the skill of the shot.

The free kick went up and over the wall perfectly, before hitting the back of the net. His second free kick was more spectacular, with Fabianski just missing out. It was a more powerful-looking shot that hit the target sweetly. In the final moments of the game, he also provided excitement with a shot that just squeezed around the post.

The Dane was profound in this game, not only in terms of goals and shots but linking up play. With Lamela being slightly ineffective, someone need to take over. Kane was a little under the weather after his own goal and was not as substantial as usual. Andros Townsend came on in the latter stages of the game and helped to push the side forward.

There is a certain amount of confidence surrounding the 23-year-old at the moment.
