Manchester United fans are sick and tired of the football being played under the stewardship of manager Louis van Gaal.
The Red Devils dominated possession against Leicester City but had to settle for a share of the spoils after their 1-1 draw.
Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy rightfully got all the headlines, however those in the United camp, namely the supporters, were disgusted with the style of play they exhibited.
It’s a strange situation at Old Trafford, considering they were unbeaten for the entire of November and find themselves comfortably in the top four and title race.
Here’s a better overview of how the 20-time league champions’ were viewed on Twitter after the stalemate against Leicester:
One can defend LVG all they want, but the truth is: We are playing terrible & will be lucky to finish top 4 if we continue this way. #MUFC

You know United is broken when it’s 1-1 and in stoppage time and our players’ first instinct is to keep the ball. #MUFC — Matthew Galea (@mg91) November 28, 2015
Poor Result Possession don’t win games Lacks creativity, urgency & passion from the players BUT Still a point away from top spot #MUFC

Rooney isn’t just in bad form. This is his ability right now. Above average. #MUFC — indykaila News (@indykaila) November 28, 2015
#MUFC take off Wayne Rooney. In a big game. With the match very much still up for grabs. https://t.co/Wl88CtoH2N

Obviously players need to take responsibility over their performances, but like Di María, LvG’s system isn’t suited to everyone. Restrictive — Liam (@OffsideLiam) November 28, 2015
LVG has somehow managed to make MUFC more boring than Stoke City under Pulis, with the players we have ,that is more than shocking,#LVGOUT

Compare and contrast the pace and energy of the Leicester players with our bunch of cloggers. LvG loves possession but our passing is poor

Question for Man Utd fans….can they seriously challenge for the title playing like that? Are they now just a joyless, functional side? — Phil McNulty (@philmcnulty) November 28, 2015
#LVGOUT he’s steadied the ship, this is as far as he can go. We can get better, and we need better Ancelotti is unemployed…

Why can’t we play football and attack, attack, attack like Leicester? Because LvG is our manager, that’s why. #LVGOUT — Joakim Hammar (@JockeHammar) November 28, 2015
Nah, screw this. Only way LVG can justify this football is winning the league, anything less and I’m #LVGOUT in the summer.
