Sunderland’s poor start to the Barclays Premier League season continued with a 2-0 defeat to the Cherries at Dean Court on Saturday night.
Callum Wilson’s early goal coming in the fourth minute took his impressive season total to five, while Matt Ritchie added to the lead with a thunderous volley from long-range as Bournemouth cruised to a 2-0 win.
