Sydney’s performance a case of what could have been.
Where was this the last three months from Sydney? Today’s victory ended their 11 game winless run and was their first home win since January 9th. They were deserved winners over the Glory, attacking from the offset, winning every fifty-fifty ball and consistently looking more interested in contesting the match than their opponents. They were clinical in front of goal and constantly exploited the gaping holes in Perth’s defence as they chased the game.
Full time in #SYDvPER. Sydney prevail 4-0
That means we finish 4th & secure a home final at AAMI. Stay tuned for times & ticket details

This performance must leave Graham Arnold scratching his head over his side’s recent outings. It must be disappointing for Sydney fans to see their team perform this well against a Glory side who took their place in the finals, only for it to come too late to rescue their season.
