  1. Tarek Elrich (Adelaide United)

Tarek Elrich’s career resurgence has been inspiring to say the least. Released by the Western Sydney Wanderers in 2014, Elrich has proved the doubters wrong by establishing himself as the best right full-back in the A-League after a successful 2014-15 campaign with Adelaide United. Under Gombau, the licence to get forward and embrace an attacking philosophy saw Elrich quickly become a standout for the Reds. His wonderful solo against Melbourne City in Round 27 was a memorable highlight. Expect him to continue his good form under new Adelaide coach Guillermo Amor.
