Stoke City have inflicted more pressure on embattled Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal with a resounding win at the Brittania.
LVG was embroiled in controversy before a ball was even kicked after choosing to drop captain Wayne Rooney to the bench after a string of less than impressive performances.
If the Dutchman wasn’t under enough heat, he was soon feeling the wrath of Stoke who went 2-0 up after half an hour of play after two goals in seven minutes thanks to Bojan and a world-beater from Marko Arnautovic.
United were much better in the second half but another bleak performance leaves them with just TWO points from the last 15…

The Man U-Chelsea game might just be the first to see two sets of fans chant in support of the same manager who’s in charge of neither team

You can see it in Gigg’s eyes that he wants to stand up and do something but knows his role and sits their in the shadows. Gutted. #MUFC
