Trophy filled 2015
Barca have won all but one competition available to them in 2015, adding the World Club Championship to their La Liga title, the Champions League, Spanish Cup and the European Super Cup. The only trophy to have eluded them in the last 12 months has been the Spanish Super Cup, in which they were defeated by Athletic Bilbao.
And their pursuit of silverware shows little sign of slowing in 2016. Barcelona led La Liga as they jetted off to Japan and will return to domestic football with two league games in hand on their rivals, have qualified for the knockout stages of the Champions League at a canter with a clash with Arsenal in the next round, and are still in the Spanish Cup, unlike Real Madrid.
Neymar has already won every possible trophy at Barcelona since joining them in 2013.

Barcelona have been by far and away the best team in Spain and Europe through 2015 and rightly deserve their crown of World Champions. It remains to be seen whether they will further this success next year, but it seems frankly inevitable.
