Asmir Begovic – 5: Could have done better with Arnautovic’s shot but made sone good saves throughout the game.
Cesar Azpilicueta – 5: Could not keep up with Arnautovic.
John Terry – 6: Good defending and made some key interceptions.
Kurt Zouma – 6: Just an average game for the French defender.
Baba Rahman – 4: Struggled with the physicality of the game but should be afforded some patience in this area.
Ramires – 6: Had a couple of shots but could not finish them.
Willian – 6: Created chances for himself and his teammates.
Eden Hazard – 6: Had a few shots that narrowly evaded the goal and put crosses into the box.
Pedro – 6: Clattered the post in the first half.
Diego Costa – 6: Could not outmuscle the defenders in this game and struggled to fire.
Substitutes
Oscar – 5: Was not seen much when he came on.
Loic Remy – 6: Could have attempted to win a penalty but sportingly decided to leap over Butland’s body instead.
Cesc Fabregas – 5: Similar to Oscar, could not create attacking chances as his teammates had almost given up.
