AFC Bournemouth

Adam Federici – 6.0: Had very little to do in between the sticks and wasn’t at fault for either goal.

Charlie Daniels – 5.5: Wasn’t overly effective either in defence an attack.

Sylvain Distin – 5.0: Allowed Davis space for his goal and would’ve been disappointed to be so easily out jumped by Pellè for the second.

Simon Francis – 6.0: Put himself on the line to block shots and was the best looking of the Cherries defence.

Adam Smith – 5.0: Dealt reasonably well with Tadić but had all sorts of trouble with Bertrand on the overlap.

Andrew Surman – 6.0: A lot of work and saw a decent amount of the ball but was wasteful at times.

Dan Gosling – 6.0: Pushed forwards and one of the few who made anything happen in the first half.

Marc Pugh – 4.5: Very ineffective both in attack and defence before being dragged at the half.

Harry Arter – 6.5: A little peripheral in the first half of his Premier League debut but much more influential in the second.

Matt Ritchie – 5.0: Disappointing first half and wasn’t quite up to his usual standard in the second though was much more creative.

Glenn Murray – 5.0 Lacked the pace to have any chance of open up the Saints’ defence and was replaced for the second half.

Substitutes

Joshua King – 6.0: His pace made him look a far more likely process than Murray whom he replaced at the half.

Junior Stanislas – 6.5: Lifted his side after being brought on for Pugh at the break.

Lee Tomlin – 6.0: Looked good on the ball after coming on. Substituted on for Arter in the 73rd minute.
