Stoke City have completed their first two signings of the summer, announcing both players within a matter of hours to the Premier League.

First came Egyptian youngster Ramadan Sobhi, who joins from Al Ahly in his homeland. The 19-year-old links up with the Potters for a fee which could rise to around £6 million.

Just a few hours later, the club announced the capture of Joe Allen from Liverpool on a five-year deal for a fee around £13 million. The 26-year-old midfielder makes the move to the Britannia after an impressive European Championship campaign with Wales.

Following their first two signings of the window, Stoke are at risk of losing one of their top players according to Sky Sports Austria. Their report claims new Everton manager Ronald Koeman is interested in signing winger Marko Arnautovic this summer.

An all-Manchester bidding war is set to take place to secure the services of Italy and Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci. That is according to the Manchester Evening News, who are reporting that both clubs are willing to pay £50 million in order to bring the 29-year-old to the Premier League which game odds can be followed in 888Sport.

In what will be music to the ears of Chelsea and Everton, Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly’s agent has told Radio CRC, reported too by TalkSPORT, that his client intends to leave the Italian club this summer. Agent Bruno Satin has accused Napoli’s new contract offer of not reflecting the quality and talent Koulibaly possesses.

Liverpool are set to face competition from German giants Borussia Dortmund if they are to secure their second player from Newcastle United this summer. French publication Le 10 Sport are reporting via the Daily Star that both clubs have made offers for 26-year-old midfielder Moussa Sissoko.

Carlos Tevez has been linked with a possible return to Europe this summer, with rumoured interest from Chelsea and Everton. However, the 32-year-old has put those rumours to bed as reported by Gazzetta dello Sport. Speaking at a press conference, Tevez insisted he wants to finish his career at Boca Juniors.

Sunderland midfielder Liam Bridcutt could be on his way to Leeds United on a permanent basis according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, after spending last season on loan at the club. The 26-year-old would most likely need to take a pay cut to make the move happen with his current wage potentially too high for Leeds.
