Matias Vecino (Fiorentina vs Bologna)
There were times while watching this match where one could have been excused for thinking Andrea Pirlo had made his return to the Serie A and had donned a Viola shirt. The amount of possession Matias Vecino had was outstanding and even more impressive was the accuracy of use. Throw in some defensive work and it was close to a complete performance for the midfielder.
After spending 2014-15 with Empoli, Vecino has returned home to Fiorentina and after his second game could leave Paulo Sousa with a warranted selection headache for the next fixture against Inter Milan.
