Norwich City
John RUDDY – 7: Attempted to keep Norwich in the match but numerous crucial saves were cancelled out as the visitors could not deal with the pressure.
Andre WISDOM – 5: Distribution from the back was poor, although the entire visiting defence was eventually overwhelmed.
Sebastien BASSONG – 5.5: Showed no fear of the physical battle but was poor when on the ball.
Martin OLSSON – 5: Was tied up with Willian on the wing and could not keep up with Chelsea’s build-up play.
Ryan BENNETT – 6: Passed out from the back with better accuracy than his fellow defenders but could not stem the continuous pressure of the hosts.
Gary O’Neil – 6.5: Covered ground all over the field and took two shots on goal.
Jonny HOWSON – 6.5: Looked good on the ball and probed the defence, but Norwich never really came close to a dangerous area.
Robbie BRADY – 7: Looked to be the Canaries’ best chance to score and exposed more weaknesses in the returning Ivanovic.
Youssouf MULUMBU – 5: Was wasteful with possession on the rare occasion when Norwich were moving forward.
Nathan REDMOND – 5: Perhaps saw the most of the ball for the Canaries, yet his 10 crosses could not produce anything of note.
Dieumerci MBOKANI – 5: The main target up front for the visitors only had one shot on goal.
