The Colombian will rejoin the Italian champions on loan, having spent last season in Turin.
Juan Cuadrado has signed for Juventus on a three-year loan deal from Chelsea.
The Colombian did not feature heavily during his time at Stamford Bridge and was subsequently loaned out to the Bianconeri in 2015-16, where he made 40 appearances in all competitions, helping Juve become the first side ever to claim Serie A and Coppa Italia doubles back-to-back.
The former Fiorentina man initially joined the Blues from Florence in a £26 million deal in February 2015, however made just four starts under then-manager José Mourinho.

28-year-old Cuadrado was expected to play a more prominent role under Antonio Conte this season, however the player opted for a return to Italy under the stewardship of Massimiliano Allegri.
The deal will see the Old Lady pay Chelsea a sum of €5 million per season for the next three campaigns, or a grand sum of €25 million to purchase the winger outright, with an extra €4 million payable in add-on clauses.
