The little Argentinean maestro, Lionel Messi, is once again the Balon d’Or winner.
It’s the fifth time the 28-year-old has won the prestigious award, after pipping fellow contenders Cristiano Ronaldo and Barcelona teammate Neymar.

Messi’s individual accolade was hardly a surprise, as the diminutive forward scored 52 goals in 61 appearances and provided 26 assists in 2015.
As always, Twitter was in a frenzy following the awards ceremony, and there was plenty of hilarious content doing the rounds.
