Outside90’s Joshua Scarcella casts an eye over the five best individual performances to come from the weekend’s Serie A action.
Samir Handanovic (Udinese vs Inter Milan)
Despite Udinese’s best efforts to hand Inter Milan the match by the way of defensive errors, they were also able to attack at the opposing end of the pitch and trouble the much in-form Samir Handanovic.
Once again this season, the Slovenian racked up a number of saves to keep a clean sheet for the Nerazzuri, a feat they have completed on seven of the last eight occasions at home, largely due to the heroics of their custodian.

Luca Rossettini (Genoa vs Bologna)
This is the second time Rossettini has appeared in our top five and for good reason.
The right-back was outstanding in his late triumph over Genoa, not only blowing his opponents out of the water with his defensive work, but also proving a handful for Diego Laxalt to deal with when running in the opposite direction.
His late winner was an outstanding headed finish from a corner, the quality enough that you could confuse Rossettini with being a centre-forward.
