Manchester City outcast Joe Hart could be set for a surprise move if comments from his agent are on the money.
According to his agent, Hart is set to complete a loan move to Serie A club Torino in the coming days.
After being frozen out by Pep Guardiola for upcoming season, Hart is on his way to Turin to join Sinisa Mihajlovic and il Grifone for the rest of the 2016/17 season.
“Yes, Joe Hart will play for Toro,” agent Jonathan Barnett told Tuttosport.
“It is all done, the goalkeeper said yes to the Granata and now Manchester City have given the green light. It’s all true, it’s secured. Tomorrow, he will have a medical in Turin.”
To further back his statement, Sky Sports reporter Gemma Davis confirmed that Hart has been given permission leave the England squad to travel to Torino for a medical.
Torino sit seventh on the Serie A table after two games with a win and a loss so far and is set to overtake Italian custodian Daniele Padelli, who has started both games thus far.
