Huddersfield Town continued their flying start to the Championship season, with a last-gasp victory over Barnsley to secure top spot after four games.
The form of Socceroos midfielder Aaron Mooy, on loan from Manchester City, has been pivotal to their early season success.
Again, the 25-year-old played his part for 56 minutes, only to be substituted for the eventual match winner Jonathan Hogg.
The Huddersfield fans will be hoping it wasn’t due to an injury for a player who has fast become a fan favourite on the terraces.
Here are some of the best reactions from Twitter after Mooy’s performance:
Town fans shouting man on to Aaron Mooy like he isn’t already four steps ahead of the game.
The man is a different class #htafc

Whitehead off the ball is a different beast to Whitehead on it
It was telling when Mooy went off, we lost that control in the centre #htafc

@EsteemedKompany @DanCoxBA Town fan here. Gotta say Mooy oozes class at this level. Calm, great distribution, and defensively sound.

Mooy is the difference… We looked a different team without him. His first touch is the best Iv seen at town

Mooy looking good again. Spreading the play as much as he can to stretch Barnsley and make space for the forwards.
