Everton striker Romelu Lukaku says he’s back in business after his hat-trick at the Stadium of Light on Monday night.
The Belgian piled on three goals in an 11-minute second-half blitzkrieg, leading Everton to a comfortable 3-0 win over the Black Cats.

In the process, Lukaku snapped a goalless run of 11 Premier League matches.
“I think I’m back in business now,” Lukaku told evertontv.
“I think physically I needed one more week.
“I want to help my team mates as much as I can to achieve my objectives.
“I think in the first half everyone was running through the middle and we made it easy for Sunderland.
“The last pass wasn’t there but the defence was brilliant.
“But in the second half we made the pitch big, we created so many chances and it showed what we can do. If we exploit the spaces on the pitch, we can do a lot of good things.”
The win was Everton’s third of the season and the Toffees now sit third on the Premier League table.
