Melbourne City have announced the signing of Northcote City youngster Braedyn Crowley on Tuesday.
Amid their preseason tour of Townsville, City announced Crowley will join the club on a two-year deal and will be a scholarship player for the upcoming season.
Crowley, 19, has prior A-League experience with Newcastle Jets having made five appearances for the hunter club last year.
However, the most eye-catching period of the striker’s career came during his time with Northern Fury, the club at which his junior career began, where he scored 17 goals during the 2014 NPL season.

Crowley has already linked up with City and could debut against former club Fury in a friendly between they and City on Wednesday evening.
He joins Tim Cahill, Bruce Kamau, Neil Kilkenny, Luke Brattan, Manny Muscat, Josh Rose and Michael Jakobsen as new City signings.
