Newly appointed Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp had to settle for a point, after a 0-0 stalemate against Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane.
Liverpool made a bright start to the match and almost took an early lead through Divock Origi, but as the match wore on it was the home side who had the better clear-cut chances.

If not for some superb shot-stopping from Reds custodian Simon Mignolet it could have been a day to forget for the club’s new German manager.
However, a point and subsequent clean sheet at a tricky away venue will come as a welcome result for Klopp and co.
