World-record signing Paul Pogba made his long awaited Old Trafford bow since returning to the club, featuring heavily in a 2-0 win against Southampton.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic decided the contest with two goals either side of half time, helped greatly by Pogba’s use at the base of midfield with licence to roam forward.
The Frenchman largely controlled proceedings as United continued their unblemished start to the 2016-17 season, putting in some excellent touches with a blend of athleticism, skill and raw power.

Here’s how Twitter reacted to the win, and more specifically, Pogba’s impressive performance. Some lamented the ‘dab’, or the huge £89.3m price tag attached, but most seemed thrilled by the ease in which United controlled the match and cruised to comprehensive victory.
oh my god my team is fun to watch again. Pogba is starting to dance.

Valid point regarding Pogba’s many, many traits.
Some show from Pogba, that. Can't think of any PL player with his range of assets. Faster, stronger, showier, ballsier, smarter, fitter.

In the year 2016, dabbing is a very serious matter.
Why don't former players want much to do with Arsenal? Arteta at City, Vieira at City's sister club and Henry's off dabbing with Paul Pogba.

Has the fear factor been regained at Old Trafford under Jose Mourinho?
Early days, of course, but #MUFC appear to have rediscovered their mojo. Strong starts for Bailly, Pogba and particularly Ibrahimovic

Giggs: "If Pogba keeps playing like that then the price tag won't be mentioned."
