Each year, EA Sports releases its famed series of footballing games simply known as FIFA.
This year’s game marks the ninth edition which will see the Australian A-League feature, after its introduction on FIFA 08. The development of the league in terms of its quality has seen players and teams given better overall ratings following the league’s inception into the game.
Reigning A-League champions Melbourne Victory have achieved the highest rating of all A-League clubs, rated three stars out of a possible five. The Victory also have the highest rated players in the league at their club. Frenchman Matthieu Delpierre and Albanian Besart Berisha share the league’s highest overall with a rating of 73.
Each of the stats players are assessed on are rated out of 99, the highest possible overall rating. The weak foot and skill moves ability is given a star rating out of five, with the higher the rating, the better skilled a player is.
