The Football Manager Series has been one of the top football simulation games for the best part of a decade with its sheer depth of data and realism unmatched by any other football game available.

Unfortunately for us local supporters of the game though it has not been currently possible to take charge of any sides under the A-League in the game, until now.

As published earlier this afternoon by The Corner Flag, Moreland City goalkeeper and Outside90 contributor Brandon Galgano has put in many hours of time and effort into creating a publicly accessible database on the world famous gaming platform.

It has transformed the Australian footballing system on the game into a promotion and relegation format, which allows you to control any over 500 Australian clubs in the game, with the possibility of one day taking your local club to the A-league.

With just a simple download from the STEAM workshop it is now possible to take charge of any local club in the Australian game from South Melbourne to Brighton and dream of taking on the likes of Melbourne Victory and Sydney FC in the A-League.
