This season is a punters worst nightmare
Did anyone think Bournemouth would beat both Chelsea and Manchester United in seven days? Who thought Leicester would be top of the league in December? How about Newcastle beating Liverpool and Tottenham in quick succession? Unless you can see into the future, it has been nearly impossible to forecast some of the results so far this campaign.

It is easy to say a result like this will cost Tottenham in their top four or even title pursuit, but the way this season is panning out, their rivals will also have slip ups of a similar nature between now and the end of May. The number of underdog wins this season has proven that if you are more than 5% off your best, you will get exposed, regardless of the talent on paper.
