Immaculate Immobile

The Italian has finally scored his first goal for the Rojiblancos following his loan from Borussia Dortmund.

He was somewhat of a silent achiever in the Bundesliga and was a goalscoring machine prior to that at Torino where he was the top scorer in the Serie A 2013-14 season with 22 goals in 33 appearances. Indeed, this play will only continue to evolve at Sevilla.

During the match against Real, he was a constant thorn in the side of the Madridistas and worked tirelessly until he was replaced in the 70th minute.

His style makes him a versatile player capable of playing anywhere along the front line. The 25-year-old is a quick thinker as well as a fast mover and has a keen eye for not only scoring goals but getting in the right positions to assist his team-mates.

Immobile is well known for his physicality on the pitch and is effective in the air as well as with both feet. In other words, his technique is quite reliable and if his display against Real was anything to go by then Rojiblancos supporters will be seeing a lot more of him.
