Socceroos striker Tomi Juric believes goals will not be a problem for what is expected to be a new-look starting XI against England on Saturday.
With Tim Cahill and Apostolos Giannou both unavailable due to club commitments in the Chinese Super League, the goalscoring onus will fall upon Juric and uncapped yet prolific Brisbane Roar striker Jamie Maclaren.
EVENT: Socceroos vs England LIVE on the BIG SCREEN
A regular in the Olyroos setup, 22-year-old Maclaren brilliantly netted 20 goals in the A-League season just concluded and was finally rewarded with a maiden senior callup.
It is expected Maclaren will be handed the responsibility of leading the line at the Stadium of Light, but Juric, part of a Socceroos camp for the first time since November, insists he and his strike partner will deliver on the big stage.

“Without a doubt (there’s goals in us),” Juric said.
“Jamie’s been in great form, he’s had a great season with Brisbane, so without a doubt we’ve got enough fire power up front to score some goals.
“It’s not just on me and Jamie, we’ve got other players that can score some some goals and who can deliver in the final third. That’s what so exciting about this team.”
The match kicks off at 4:45 am AEST on 28 May.
