AFC Bournemouth

Adam Federici – 4: Shocking performance from the Australian stopper. Made a number of horrendous mistakes that caused his side to ship five. He has had better days.

Simon Francis – 5: Was not sharp enough and was given a tough time by Sterling.

Steve Cook – 5: Eddie Howe would have hoped for a better performance from his centre-back pairing. He could not handle the strength of Bony.

Sylvian Distin – 4: Like Cook, he struggled to contain Bony as age seems to be catching up for the veteran.

Charlie Daniels – 5: Not the worst performance from the 29-year-old but still not good enough to prevent a City rampage.

Dan Gosling – 5: Failed to get involved for much of the game as the City midfield took charge of proceedings.

Andrew Surman – 6: Played in a superb pass that led to the Bournemouth goal and had a decent outing otherwise.

Adam Smith – 6: Not much threat provided down the right-hand side considering Sagna was being played out of position at left-back.

Matt Ritchie – 4: Is capable of so much more than he showed. A disappointing outing for the Scottish international.

Eunan O’Kane – 6: Provided the assist for his side’s only goal with a clever flick towards Murray.

Glenn Murray – 7: Did not have many chances but managed to take the only one he got.
