A crazy final 10 minutes saw Brisbane emerge 3-2 victors over Sydney FC at Suncorp earlier tonight.
Jade North’s poorly attempted clearance would allow Filip Holosko an easy opener as the Sky Blues came out firing to try and save some finals hope.
The hosts would gain composure soon after though, equalising through Dimitri Petratos and taking the advantage just before the halftime interval with Jamie Maclaren volleying home a delivery from Petratos at the back post.
Sydney would enjoy a better level of possession and momentum in the second-half, beating the wall that was Roar goalkeeper Jamie Young with Holosko’s second with just under five minutes to play. Any celebration would last just a matter of seconds though, as from the resulting kick-off Henrique was setup for a tap-in to put John Aloisi’s men back in front.

#BRIvSYD so who does Arnold blame this week? Refs, fans, Victory for their win, the ACL cup.. But not himself certainly!
