Sydney FC’s marquee man Bobô is off to the best possible start in Sky Blue, providing two assists and a goal on debut in his side’s FFA Cup victory over Blacktown City.
The A-League outfit were far too classy for their NPL hosts, with Bobô’s understanding with former Besiktas teammate Felip Holosko proving telepathic at stages.
The Brazilian provided an early assist for Holosko with a lovely chipped ball at the back post, before laying off for a David Carney thunderbolt midway through the first-half.
The marquee man finally got his goal in the 78th minute, with a neat tap-in capping off a fine performance.
Here’s how Twitter reacted to his impressive debut:

And there you have it – Bobo scores his first for @SydneyFC and it’s 3-0. Not sure how this could be a better night for Sky Blues really

Cracker from Carney but that’s a deft assist from Bobo. Super start from the @SydneyFC marquee man.
