Another Pied Piper goal, another volley. This week the honours go to Adz_Spec, who bangs in an outrageous strike from range in Pro Clubs.
It’s the 84th minute with the score tied at one a piece. After receiving a pass on halfway, ICYRX8 puts his head up and delivers a well-weighted through ball to Juzzomac on the left wing.
As the ball comes over his shoulder, the striker neatly takes it down on the full, bouncing once, before chipping it over the oncoming defender towards his teammate Adz_Spec.
Facing away from goal, Adz brings the ball down softly on his chest, before executing one of the sweetest half-volleys you’ll ever see. That is truly a spectacular winner!
This goal has finesse written all over it. The perfect bring-down, the timing of the half-volley and the exceptional technique to see it rise gracefully into the top corner.
Well done to Adz_Spec, who earns this week’s GOTW with a cracking strike.
