Diego Lopez – 6: Strong first half but started the second half shakily, allowing Udinese into the match. Made a brilliant save late on to ensure the win for Milan.

Davide Calabria – 7:  Had another strong game. Subbed early in the second half.

Cristian Zapata – 7: Provided some quality coverage in defence and was rarely troubled by Udinese. Headed in the third and decisive goal for Milan.

Alessio Romagnoli – 6: Provided solid cover in the first half,  but let himself down with a poor second half performance.

Mattia De Sciglio – 8: Had another excellent game, covering a lot of ground. The young full-back is showing a heap of promise.

Nigel De Jong – 7:  Made some vital tackles in the game and kept control of the midfield for the most part.

Riccardi Montolivo 7: Provided the assist for the Bonaventura goal with a quality through ball.

Giacomo Bonaventura – 8:  Scored for second straight game, showing excellent control throughout match.

Keisuke Honda – 6:  Poor possession-wise. Failed to create any significant chances and struggled to keep up with play.

Carlos Bacca – 6:  Started strongly but was unable to link up with Balotelli on several occasions.

Mario Balotelli – 8: Banged in a stunning goal from a free kick.

Substitutes

Luiz Adriano – N/A: Failed to make any real impact in the dying stages.

Andrea Poli – 6: Provided relief for a tired team. An energetic and useful substitute.

Alex – 4: Did little to provide any impact.
