Pepe – 5: Made some strong defensive tackles but was weak in aerial battles.
Dani Carvajal – 5.5: Played a more defensive game and was injured during the first term.
Danilo – 4: Out of his depth defensively and struggled against the runs of Inui. However did make some impressive runs of his own.
Nacho – 6.5: Poor positioning but played the ball out well from the back.
Gareth Bale – 7: Made some threatening crosses into the box and scored the opening goal.
Luka Modric – 6.5: Pulled the strings from deep as soon as space opened up which allowed him to position himself in key areas.
Mateo Kovacic – 7: Made strong plays through the middle.
Toni Kroos – 4.5: The German was nervous when in possession but recovered after the break as the pressure by Eibar diminished.
James Rodriguez – 4.5: Made no real impact and was replaced by Vasquez.
Cristiano Ronaldo – 5: Only positive was his 16th goal of the season in the second half.

Casemiro – N/A: Did not make an impact.
Karim Benzema – N/A: One shot narrowly missed the goals.
Lucas Vasquez – 7: Won the late penalty.
