Dimitri Payet
The French international has been enjoying a fantastic first season in the Premier League and is among the front-runners for signing of the season.
Prior to joining the Hammers, Payet had played his entire career in the French leagues but has had no difficulty at all in adapting to the physicality of the Premier League. He has managed six goals and five assists in the league so far, despite missing a whole seven games with injury.
Apart from scoring and making goals, the 28-year-old has been a delight to watch with his silky skills and pace, ever since his display on the opening day of the season against Arsenal. Upon his return from injury, Payet has started only the last two games and has already scored since then. Bilic will be hoping for another strong performance from his star midfielder against a difficult opponent.
Aaron Cresswell
Cresswell has been a revelation at Upton Park since his arrival from Ipswich Town. He played every minute of the Hammers’ league games last season and has only missed the one game this season. His side has kept seven clean sheets so far when he has featured.
Despite being a solid defender at left-back, the 26-year-old often tends to bomb forward and often with much success. He has one goal and three assists to his name this season and is arguably one of the best left-backs in the league.
He will come up against a tough City attack that happens to be the top scorers in the league this season.
