Tomi Juric converted a penalty and struck a late headed goal in Luzern’s 4-3 win over Grasshopper in the Swiss first division.
The 25-year-old made his first start for the side and rewarded manager Markus Babbel with a double to help the club to second in the table.
The former Western Sydney Wanderers centre-forward received the Man of the Match award for his efforts and has staked a strong claim to remain a regular starter, after he came of the bench in his first two appearances.

The young Australian, who has had his fair share of injuries and lapses in form, was substituted to a standing ovation in the dying minutes of the game.
A top of the table meeting with Swiss heavyweights FC Basel next week will provide a stern test for Luzern and their in-form Australian frontman.
