Napoli hosted Juventus at home and came out with a 2-1 win. Goals to Lorenzo Insigne and Gonzalo Higuain helped the home team secure just their second victory of the season.
Napoli started very strong against Serie A giants Juventus. They continued this throughout the game in a highly entertaining match, with plenty of end-to-end football. Their second win of the season could come at a cost, however, with in-form goal scorer, Lorenzo Insigne, who netted Napoli’s first, going off injured after 40 minutes.
On the other side of the spectrum, Juventus are still having issues early on in the season. With just one win and two draws they are struggling sitting down in 13th place after this game, and can go further down, after 6 matches. With Champions League commitments during the week, they will be looking to use that to turn their form around after their first round win over Manchester City.
