PSG defender Serge Aurier has been handed a two-month suspended jail sentence by a French court, following an incident in May earlier this year.
Aurier was arrested outside a Paris nightclub after he was alleged to have attacked a police officer, and was ordered to attend community service and pay a €1,500 fine on top of the suspended sentence.
And it is being reported that the 23-year-old will appeal the decision, but claimed he will “continue to work hard despite the decision”.
“First of all, thank you for your messages of support,” the full-back wrote on Instagram.
