Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has been rated as the world’s most physical player on FIFA 17.

The Belgian star has been given a physicality rating of 90, after forging a career as a strong combatant on the pitch, both aerially and in tackles.

Fellaini’s rating of 90 is slightly ahead of Premier League rivals Wilfreid Bony, Leicester City’s Islam Slimani, Diego Costa and Nemanja Matic, who feature in the top 10.

While the polarising Old Trafford figure has been given the greatest overall physicality rating, Adebayo Akinfenwa has once again been crowned strongest player on the new edition.

There are far more pressing issues for the Belgian midfielder, with a crunch Premier League clash against Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

Manchester United face off against the Premier League leaders, in one of the most hotly anticipated local derbies of all time. Both teams have started the 2016-17 campaign without a blemish, earning three wins from three. Fellaini has been a mainstay of the Jose Mourinho era to date, playing every minute of United’s three Premier League wins, as well as the Community Shield victory over Leicester City.
