Melbourne City continued their goalscoring run by defeating Newcastle Jets 4-0 at Hunter Stadium.
Aaron Mooy opened the scoring before adding another soon after with two strikes from Bruno Fornaroli in between and after those goals.
Here is how the internet saw the match.

Do the jets fans know the strike was last weekend? #NEWvMCY

Not a bad start to this game, nothing separating the two. Looks like the windy conditions are affecting both teams atm. #NEWvMCY

Why is it so hard for the @NewcastleJetsFC striker to execute in the front third. Isn’t that his job? #NEWvMCY #TogetherWeCanSoar #COYJ

Was there any doubt it would be Mooy? #NEWvMCY

Aaron Mooy seems like he’s just a really shy, but super happy guy who just happens to be really really good at football. #NEWvMCY

Probably going to jinx him after this but Mooy is a near certainty for the Johnny Warren medal this season right?

Melbourne City have scored as many goals in the last 17 days as the West Indies have taken wickets so far on tour. #NEWvMCY
