Francesco Totti may be turning 40 in two weeks, but the Italian footballing legend showed the world AGAIN just how good he still is.
In a day of torrential rain in Italy, the match was suspended for at least 80 minutes due to rain, with Totti’s injection the ray of sunshine the Giallorossi needed.
Off the bench at half-time to provide Roma with a much-needed spark after trailing Sampdoria 2-1 at the break, Totti wasted little time in stamping his influence.
Just 15 minutes after coming on, the 39-year-old played this peach of a first-time ball to send Eden Dzeko in on goal and equalise for the capital club.
