Leicester City produced yet another come from behind victory last night, this time against a hapless West Brom side at the Hawthorns.

Despite being outplayed in the early minutes of the contest, the Baggies took the lead through Salomon Rondon, heading home at the near post from a corner.

After the break, the Foxes produced 20 minutes of devastating football, in which they netted three goals to put the game beyond the reach of the home side. Regular suspects, Riyad Mahrez (two goals) and Jamie Vardy (one) were on target for Leicester, however, there were suspicions of offside for Mahrez’s second.

Callum McManaman was brought down in the box by N’Golo Kante late in the contest and when Rickie Lambert converted the resulting penalty, the home side were given a lifeline.

The Foxes managed to hang on though, meaning that they are still unbeaten on the road this season. Claudio Ranieri’s men have still only lost one game so far this season, and have now moved to third on the table.

The Baggies remain 11th on the Barclays Premier League table and will no doubt be left frustrated that they could not at least manage a point from this match.
